Fits my canon eos perfectly with the lens. I like the hard casing to keep the camera safe and protected. Only draw back is that there isn't any strap to carry the case. When the camera is in it you hold the camera in the casing by the cameras strap and that works great.. but when you go to use the camera there's no place to hold on to the casing. I received this product on time and fast. The case is not what I expected and maybe that's my fault but I thought all Canon cases attached to the camera at the bottom... this one don't attached to the body of the camera. It is not very hard and offers little protection against bumping the camera. Case must be completely removed the take a picture.

I really wanted to love this little speaker. The design is small, unintrusive, smart lookin' and very handy. The "flex" cord is firm & pose-able, which is really helpful, but the sound is not good. Distortion! Try listening to Joanna Newsom play the harp at a mid-range volume and that distortion is an insult. First I bought the Triton usb laptop speaker (the one that looks like a white hockey puck), and i love it. Amazing sound, but the short cord was a hassle when moving my laptop from my desk to my bedside table. Ultimately, I'd fumble and drop the thing. After a year, the cord broke. I was sad, so i decided to get the b-flex because of the firm cord. If the b-flex was my only experience in external speakers, i'd probably settle. But when the music is turned up loud, it becomes very muffled and tin canny. So I'm going to return it. I might just get another Triton, or I might keep looking. The b-flex is totally fine for increasing your volume for movies, but if you wanna rock out to music then just get the Triton external speaker.

My 11 year old daughter saved her $$ and did some on line research and ended up buying these. She loved them for the size which allowed her to take them into bed, on the bus etc. The audio in my opinion was "OK", but she was very happy. On my first foray into looking for the perfect mini speaker for my Ipod, I bought the Aiptek Mist for Nano (not realizing it only works with Gen 2 Nano)---boy, was it a cute little thing. Disappointed they don't make that product for Gen 1 Nanos, I searched Amazon for the perfect replacement mini speaker that would work with my Nano Gen 1. The JLab Miniblaster had 4 stars. Folks, speak up, because I cannot be the only one who was shocked by the low quality of this product!! *When I first plugged it in, you couldn't hear anything because of interference from my TV remote! *When I finally heard sound it was fuzzy at best and never got much better *The volume level is only a smidgen better than what I can hear through my earbuds when they are out of my ears! I ordered this speaker a few months ago based on the good reviews on Amazon. I have to say, there is NOTHING Bose-like, or even good, about this little speaker. The sound is tinny and sometimes forces a reboot in order not to come out static-y. It makes a sound like it is lying against a metal object when it isn't...For $40, I'd say definitely not worth it. I travel a lot and like to play music in my hotel room through my laptop but wanted to get something with more juice than the speakers built into my laptop. I was extremely disappointed when I first heard these speakers. They were so weak and distorted I switched back to my Laptops speakers after just a couple minutes of the weak, fuzzy distorted sound they made. They were clearly weaker than my laptops built-in speakers, which are not that great. I recommend these only if your current laptop does not have its own speakers, otherwise it's basically the same or worse for playing music as standard built-in laptop speakers.

This is a well designed (except for on small thing - see below) little gadget/product/speaker. It works exactly as advertised. Not meant to be mini Bose speakers. They are just much better versions of laptop internal speakers that can be pointed in any direction rather than the ones in the laptop that are weak and lame and point straight up instead of at the listener usually. Just plug and play. I was looking for a pair of mini stand-alone speakers for a computer that I use for youtube and instructional video type stuff where I don't need great stereo audio but the internal speakers just aren't good enough. This is where these fit it. They take up no actual desk space and are much louder than the internals and quality is good too. I ordered another one and I wouldn't hesitate to give these as gifts. My one tiny con is that it doesn't have an on/off or volume control but they work off of the same controls as the internals so wtf.

I've been using the speaker for a few weeks now and I love the improved sound coming from my computer! My laptop admittedly had poor sound quality which I knew when I was buying the machine. This small, inexpensive speaker quickly and easily fixed that problem. I use the speaker regularly when I'm watching YouTube videos or streaming music online. The sound and clarity are amazing. These speakers look cool and have easy plug in. I have a Mac-Pro. The speakers have no volume control, no bass and mediocre sound quality. Honestly, they should be maybe [...] bucks at best. The only thing they are useful for is that they can be turned towards you, and that gives it a louder sound. Todays laptops don't have speakers that can be put into a vertical position and that sometimes makes for less loud of a volume, especially when watching a movie or such and the lap top is 5 feet away. I don't feel I've been ripped off. Until I worked on integrating these speakers into my system, I've been in love with ubuntu Linux. But now, my enthusiasm is less because this task shouldn't have been so difficult. I found it extremely hard but bottom line, I do have them working. The volume is great, a million percent better than my pc speakers. Yes, the base could be improved but for the price, I find it better than acceptable. I'll document here in case it helps someone else: Note: not sure this is the right order but the end result of this for my system was successful - may be some reboots necessary between steps.. 1. confirm that Pulseaudio volume control and Pulseaudio meter control is installed - (go to pull down menu for Applications, then add/remove, then search for pavumeter and pavucontrol - if not installed, then install) 2. double click on "master applet" (mine looks like a microphone in upper right corner- single click will get you only volume increase or decrease- need to double click) 3. select "c-media usb audio device (alsa mixer) from the list in the pull down at the top of the box FYI - I know that my speaker was "C-Media" by entering following command from a terminal session: $ cat /proc/asound/cards returned info below: ---------------------------------------------------- 0 [Intel ]: HDA-Intel - HDA Intel HDA Intel at 0xf4600000 irq 22 1 [default ]: USB-Audio - C-Media USB Audio Device C-Media USB Audio Device at usb-0000:00:1d.0-1, full speed ---------------------------------------------------- 4. start pulse audio device chooser in pulldown under Applications/sound 5. select preferences in chooser and then check box for "start applet on session login" 6. (this is most important step to do!) modify /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base by commenting out "options usb snd audio index=-2 i.e. insert "#" at beginning of line (this line was preventing the usb speaker from becoming the default) 7. click on system pull down menu, then preferences/sound and click on devices tab, then set or confirm that: a. "Sound events - sound playback - says "c-media..." b. "Music and movies - sound playback - says "c-media..." c. confirm both fields under Audio Conferencing say "pulseaudio server" d. confirm that "Default Mixer Tracks" says "c-media..." 8. Note: need to reboot (now is good time if not rebooted yet) at some point after the file in modprobe.d directory changed and before you can increase volume on usb speakers in next steps 9. click on pulseaudio applet (mine is in a tray at the top of my screen) 10. select volume control 11. select playback 12. then adjust volume by sliding bar - this was point that my speaker(s) began working properly

I bought this for travel to use with my MacBook, and it fits the bill perfectly! Nice sound, and it fills my hotel room (or wherever I'm staying) with just the right amount of volume. Not too loud, not too soft. I wish it had a volume control on the piece itself, but that is a VERY minor issue, as you can easily control the volume via your laptop's keyboard. A travel case would be nice as well, since I tend to throw it in my briefcase and it has gotten scratched. I travel a lot, sometimes for 3+ weeks a time, and ALWAYS carry on my luggage. As a result, I am continually trying to find ways to minimize bulk and weight, particularly of the electronics. When I' watching videos on youtube, the speakers are loud and work great, but when I'm watching a movie on my laptop, the speakers are still not as loud as I would like them to be, but passable. I like the portability of the speaker and then color (pink). It'll be fine for when I show movies (or animations) in class lectures. The only thing I wish it had was a carrying case. This is why I gave it four stars. I like to store my valuable items in cases to ensure longevity.

Going on the reviews of others, I bought the miniblaster for a new 7 inch portable TV with inaudible audio (tiny speakers). I am very well pleased with the mini-blaster, it sounds terrific for its size; maybe I will spring for an IPOD now, since it fits right inside the miniblaster! The blaster uses four AAA batteries or a supplied power converter-- a real bargain in my book!!

Great sound for such a small unit. I use rechargeable batteries and they lasted pretty long. Easy operation. The protective jacket for your nano, that comes with the unit, does not fit well. But not needed, if you use an invisible shield which does the same job.

I love this little speaker. It is super easy to use (I read about some people having problems getting the iPod in and out, but I thought it was extremely easy). The speaker has a rubber sleeve made for the iPod to protect it while in use with the speaker, which is great. I got the black one and think it's very sleek looking. The sound quality is sometimes a tiny bit fuzzy, but I think it's very good given the size of the device (about 4 inches by 2 inches). I really love this for use in my car or listening to my iPod around the house. I don't know if I would use this for parties or large areas, but as a personal player, this was worth every penny.

I'm impressed with this little thing. The case is well-made and has a very solid feel. The Nano fits perfectly into the skin and into the MiniBlaster. I didn't have difficulties with the fit like others mentioned. Getting the Nano out takes some pushing, but that's the way it should be. You don't want it falling out on it's own and hitting the pavement. All the Nano controls are accessible. The front, circular control (volume/scroll) works fine through a silicon skin and is very protected. The reason we buy this thing is for sound and size. Size and weight are impressively minimal. You won't beat that anywhere. As for sound, it's not a home entertainment center or a Bose IPod system - it's a tiny little device that offers maximum portability. If you can bring your Bose system along with you, then do it. If you need something small and more portable, then read on. The sound has a distinct clarity. Mids to highs are crisp and well separated. What you loose is bass. It's attenuated, but not dull or muddy. I wasn't expecting strong bass with a frequency response of 450Hz to 20KHz. It's not built for it and shouldn't be expected. It's made, as others have said, for you and a couple of friends in an environment without too much ambient noise. If you are looking for a system that you can play at a beech party with a big group of friends, keep looking, because this isn't it. Too many voices chatting away will drown this little thing out. In a reasonably quiet room or out on the trail, you get enough volume to really enjoy the music. It's loud enough to hear the detail in the sound. It even gets too loud for conversations and has to be turned down. Don't get me wrong, the neighbors won't be calling or stomping on the floor. It has what it needs to fill the niche that it's designed for. I personally like the sound with the EQ set to "Small Speakers" - seems like a good balance for Classic Rock which I tend to listen to the most. If you want a small, light and very portable speaker system to free you from headphones and make portable music a social experience between friends again, then you are onto something. Enjoy!

I wanted to be able to listen to podcasts and my own music while commuting and so first purchased (for $80) an FM converter that plugged into the lighter and my iPod and then matched an unused frequency to play what was on the iPod. The sound wasn't great and it changed depending on where I was driving. I spent a lot of time trying to find the right static frequency and match it with the device. In the short time that I tried it out I had to switch frequencies twice. So, I looked for a speaker. I decided that it wouldn't be a disaster to buy something at this price to try even if it didn't work great. It was what I was looking for! I can use it in the car and also other places where I want to play what is on my ipod so that others can hear. It is not great sound quality, but it is much better than what I was getting with the FM converter and much easier. I can either use batteries or the AC adaptor (I already have a device that converts the cigarette lighter into AC power). It is a great solution for what I was looking for.

Don't expect too much bass out of -any- tiny speakers but as a way to turn your nano into a sort of 21st century "transistor radio" equivalent with stereo audio and a better sound quality, this little thing is superb. Talk radio podcasts are delivered very clearly and music can be enjoyed to an extent especially if you choose an appropriate EQ setting on your nano. Volume capability is decent, just don't expect to entertain an audience bigger than about two or three. Battery life is good for the 4x AAA batteries.
