My son's laptop is 17" and I couldn't find a 17" sleeve that would fit. This one is at least an inch too big but it will work. If you happen to have an 18" laptop this would be perfect for it.

It's often difficult to guess if a particular sleeve will fit a particular notebook, so I'll report on my experience in the matter. After purchasing a Belkin 17" sleeve that reviews led me to believe should fit my laptop, an ASUS A73jh-A1 model, and finding that it was too small, I ordered this one. It's a tight fit but it fits. The material seems a bit thin and the zipper doesn't inspire expectations of longevity, so I only gave it 3 stars (with fingers crossed). I can't see myself porting this beast around much; so given expected light usage it may serve its purpose.

I purchased this to protect my 17" laptop. I have no complaints about this slipcover at all, it is sized perfectly and the material it is made out of is really nice. It stretches out and I am even able to fit the laptops charging cable inside when I need to. I travel with my laptop in my car while it is in this case, usually on the floor so it doesn't slide off of the seat during a quick stop and possibly get damaged from a fall. My laptop has no scratches or damage at all after a few months of sitting on my car floor while traveling.

This case fits to my macbook pro 13¨ and the pocket extra its a good idea to save the cable or headphones in order not to scratch the mac. It has a small pocket for the usb, too. The laptop and the cables has its own space. Price is good.

This case performs well, nothing to complain about, except my external mouse makes the pocket bulge. I would have liked the case to be a bit thicker to accommodate additional items, but it works well anyway. Neoprene smell goes away with use.

I am very picky when I shop and was concerned with the quality for this sleeve considering the low price, and Mac's being top of the line I wanted the sleeve to match the distinction of my Macbook...upon arrival I am very pleased with this sleeve, its well made with adequate padding and the inner lining is a very soft yet sturdy fur. The outside zippered pocket is a definite bonus, a large enough space to put the cord, discs etc. Very satisfied with the purchase you can't go wrong for $20 given the quality and sleek design.

I purchased this to hold my ASUS ul30a-X5 laptop. It has a 13.3 and is just a little over the maximum specification listed for the product. It fits perfectly snug in the case, I do not have to struggle to get it in nor is it too loose. The flash drive holder is very convenient and the small pouch is big enough to contain the power cord. I will admit that the power cord for the computer I have is much smaller than that of an older laptop I had. Fits into a backpack well and protects the computer very well. I would definitely recommend this item. It has a kind of funky odor at first, but it fades rather quickly.

PROS: looks nice seems well made simple, lightweight laptop protection CONS: my laptop (HP DV17TSE) barely fits inside. the sleeve stretches quite a bit when putting the laptop inside. with that much stretching, i will be suprised if the seams hold together for more than a year, but i have my fingers crossed. the laptop just barely fits in my backpack (Swissgear Pegasus) with this sleeve on, which is inconvenient because i purchased this sleeve specifically to protect my laptop from scratches from other things in my backpack. i can just barely close the zipper around it, and i cannot secure the Pegasus' internal velcro laptop strap. BOTTOM LINE: works, but slightly too small for my HP 17" laptop. also not ideal for use inside your backpack unless you have a good 0.5" - 1" slack space to work with.

I ordered this Built case hoping (despite the numerous reviews that recommended it only for 16" and under) that it would fit my 17.3" Dell Inspiron. Somewhere in the back of my mind, I had a feeling that it wouldn't fit, but it was such a nice looking case that I had to try. I told myself that I wouldn't be sad when I had to return it, but I am. It's a beautiful case, with thick, quality neoprene and well-made pockets. The shipping was commendable as well; I received my case only 5 days after placing the order, and I live in a tiny town where post is usually slow. As mentioned in another review, the zipper does seem to be a bit cheap compared to the rest of the case, but looks as if it would hold up as long as you don't try to force it closed over something too big. I tried putting it on (as best I could while leaving the tags intact) my 15" HP notebook, and it seemed as though it would fit. My 15" notebook is several years old, though, and pretty thick, so I think it would probably fit most newer 16" laptops. All in all, beautiful case, well made, excellent shipping, just wish I could keep it.

the shape of the product is not as flexible as one would hope. The slight hour-glass shape of the bag limits the size of the notebook that can fit inside. I loved the little pockets and the cushioning was great, however I would not recommend it for anything larger than a 15/5 or 16 inch, and the 16 inch would be tight.

I just bought this and is highly dissappointed. the curved part of this sleeve makes it impossible to fit my large laptop. the dimenstions are measured edge to edge, not including the curved part. Even so, this bag barely fits this laptop past the zipper. Please account for the curves to lose about 2" of width of your laptop. Its getting returned.

A case is nice but if you plan on going through airports any time soon this is so convenient because you don't have to take your laptop out anything you just let it go right through the checkpoints in the case. My laptop is 16" and it fit in fine and it looked like there would be room for another inch.

I just bought a HP G71-340US (which is huge) and I was looking for something to store it in while not using it, but didn't want something huge that would take up alot of space while traveling. Well...this case gets the job done. First off let me say that I ordered it from TigerDirect (through Amazon.com) on a saturday night. The order summary said it would ship on tuesday or wednesday, since I wasn't in a hurry (and didn't want to pay for faster shipping) this was fine. I received it Monday (2 days later) afternoon in the mail. So huge kuddos has to go to TigerDirect for the fast shipping. When I first opened the box and saw it I said to myself there is no way this is going to fit. Well...unzipped the case and the computer slid right in! Had to very very slightly push to get it zipped, but I would rather have it tight then bouncing around inside the case. Haven't traveled with it yet, but I think that is one of the thing I like about the case the most...it adds that extra layer of protection while not adding alot of bulk. So even with the computer in this case it will still fit in my backpack. Which is exactly what I was looking for. So...it gets the job done!!

This was a attractive, reasonably priced, well constructed laptop sleeve but too small for my 17" Dell Inspiron 1721 laptop. I was under the impression that if it said 17" it should fit my 17" laptop. Not so, what a boomer!

Very happy with this product. I have shopped all over (in stores and online) for a sleeve for my 17" HP Pavilion laptop. Other products did not fit properly, too loose, too tight, etc. This one fits my particular laptop perfectly and the handles were an added bonus! The price sealed the deal.

I still put my 17.3" widescreen HP into a Belkin sleeve before it goes into this (adequately-padded) backpack, but you don't have to. This pack is huge, huge, huge! I can carry all kinds of stuff in it in addition to the laptop. I gave it 4 stars because I think it is a little too big- it's almost like a weeklong hike pack! Also, it's on the young side as far as looks, but I had a hard time finding a backpack for this big a laptop, so I will put up with being the 40-year-old woman with the collegiate-looking backpack in order to protect and lug around my investment.

Your reviews all sound solid but I have to wonder about the dimensions advertised here. 15.3 x 10.5 x 1.7 inches ; 3 pounds? How can a 17" laptop fit in such a thing? And, I doubt very much that it weighs 3 pounds.

This is the only sleeve we found that even had the potential to fit our 17" laptop. Look at the specs and measure your laptop or you will be disappointed if you have a 17". I took a chance and ordered it - and it fits!! My husband wishes it had a pocket for the mouse and other accessories, but at least it fits and provides some protection. I am ordering the companion case with a strap because I know the size will work. Warning - it is a cat hair magnet!

I have an hp pavilion that is slightly larger than 17 inches and I had difficulty finding a sleave case for it. This one fits my pc. The case is slightly larger on the height dimension and a bit stretched on the length dimesion, but overall I'd say it's pretty OK. Also, I am very satisfied with the quality of the fabric used to make this case. Overall, I think it's a good buy.

I needed a large laptop carry on bag or sleeve for my Dell 17" laptop. I was looking at a number of them until I found caselogic. It fits with room to spare. and the small storge area on the side is good for the all the items I need to carry with me.

I purchased this sleeve for my MacBook Pro 17" but it doesn't fit as well as I would like. I was hoping for the fit to be snug but instead there's about an inch and a half of space all around. I do like the pocket and that I can carry my flash drive and power cord with me as well.

I was looking for a sleeve all over. I looked at all the products reviews to see if someone mentioned that the laptop was going to fit . No one mention what model laptop was the one that they where talking about. My Dell Studio 1747 (17.3" screen)fits perfectly in the sleeve the inside is very soft. I would recomend this product to everyone who wants to keep a laptop safe. It does not have a handle but to carry it inside a bag is more than good plus it has a side pocket wich I have not used yet because I carry everything inside a backpack.
