Works well as spare for my pentax w60. Feels and looks well constructed, same as the original battery. I charge it using the original pentax charger. Worktime of the battery is not much better than the original pentax, even though stated capacity is bigger. Worked Ok during a day in subfreezing temps.

Bought this for my 11 year old daughter and she loves it. Uses the basic point and shoot to keep things simple. Just make sure you dont misplace the charger. You can't acess the memory with out the battery power and there's no way to charge it up without a charger or optional AC power. Pics are good and it's easy to use.

This camera is pretty simple to use, It does have smile shutter, though it doesn't work too well. What I most dislike about this camera is that the night pictures are terrible!, really terrible!. Can't do them at all. Indoors are slightly better but really bad in the outside. I wouldn't recommend this camera.

This netbook (mine's model 110-1134cl) did exactly what I wanted and expected. The keyboard was a relatively quick fit for me and hardly took any adjustment on my part. Plenty of hard drive space for the computer's intention: web browsing, word processing, music, and even a little video playback during air travel. On a related note, the battery life with my six-cell is stellar. Why it isn't a five-star product: - Windows 7 Starter. I know it isn't the only option, and it functions quite well for basic computer needs. Customization and networking options are dismal. Prepare to downgrade to XP or load a Linux distro if Starter doesn't meet your needs. - The front power & WiFi switches. They feel a little flimsy and I feel like they need to be handled more delicately than I'd like. - The mousepad. I won't say I hate the left/right buttons literally being on the left and right sides of the trackpad, but I surely don't enjoy it. You get used to it. In my case, I have a hard time adjusting back and forth between my MacBook and the HP. My older model was $240, and for the price, I couldn't have asked for more... except the points above. Solid product.

I had to reinstall Windows XP 6 times. I sent it to HP twice. This netbook sucks just like all the other netbooks. Just buy a 13 inch laptop. That is what i did and it is much better than a netbook.

Compre este Netbook basicamente porque queria un Netbook (computadora pequenha para facil traslado) con conector VGA para conectar un proyector... Entre todas las netbooks me atrajo esta porque su precio original era $575 y se estaba vendiendo por menos de $300 cuando revise las caracteristicas encontre que tenia un modem incorporado para usar com el chip Sim que uso para la coneccion a internet 3g... Magnifico! Este Netbook tiene una ranura oculta detras de la bateria para instalar el chip Sim... Ahora tengo internet ultraportable, es super conveniente. Previamente me habia comprado un SmartPhone con el objeto de leer documentos pdf y prepara presentaciones de PowerPoint en los momentos de espera del dia... no funciono: muy portable pero muy dificil de leer e interactuar (demasiado pequenho para pensar utilizarlo mas que en una emergencia). La duracion de la bateria es mas que suficiente para mi uso diario sin necesidad de llevar constantemente el cargador (el que mantengo permanentemente en el mismo lugar, super comodo!) Me preocupaba si un netbook podria realizar las mismas funcione que un laptop, si lo hace... no he tenido problema para instalar y ejecutar mis programas usuales (Adobe Professional y Mathematica de Wolfram) Me parece que estos netbooks de 10" son perfectos, tan portables como un libro y lo suficientemente amplios como para acostumbrarme a lo reducido de las dimensiones). Este es el unico Netbook que he encontrado con la conveniencia de un modem Sim incorporado, la conveniencia de no necesitar un modem externo me fascina. I bought the HP Mini 110-1050NR 10.1 Netbook and while the product seems to be OK--what I had expected--it failed in one crucial area. Whithin hours after I received the netbook, it would not reboot after it updated the Microsoft software that it came with. It showed a message that the BootMgr is compressed and the computer basically locked up. The user manual that came with the product is essentially useless. No clue about what happened. After hours of frustration, I read in a Consumer's report that there is a serious flow with this product and when you clean the hard disc the computer freezes and you cannot reboot it. Also, I found out that HP has been made aware of this problem for some time and they should have either corrected the problem, or alert the buyers of their product of this flaw, so they would not attempt to EVER clean the hard disc. My frustration turned into anger when--reading the Amazon fine print--I learned that I could not return the netbook to Amazon because it didn't arrive damaged nor "dead-on-arrival". It merely shut down after I turned it on. I wanted to return it but no such luck--Thanks Amazon! Then it was the HP Customer Service ordeal. I call it BTW, Customer Frustration. Spent 3.5 hrs with 4 different agents to conclude that I had to return the product under warranty service to HP and pay a "small shipping fee" for it. I paid $21.54--which for a netbook of $299 is about 7% of the product! It took almost a month before I got the netbook back. Lessons: Don't buy an HP mini and if you do, DON"T buy it from Amazon. Buy from a supplier who accepts returns for flowed products...

Originally, my HP Mini 1000 came with a six cell battery that has a "foot" on it. This puts the keyboard at a nice angle and gives you a longer battery life, but it does little good for portability. The three cell battery is the answer for this. I keep both batteries charged in case of emergencies, but now I can easily tote my mini in its sleeve or in my backpack without any trouble at all. Yes, the per-charge life is much shorter, but the portability is a huge benefit.

Bought my Mini110 with the 6 cell battery. Getting that extra battery life means having an extra bulge at the bottom near the back which works nicely as a stand, but makes the unit less compact for travel, etc. I prefer using this 3 cell when I am actually mobile, keeping the 6 cell nearby as backup, or when I know I am going to be away from charging power for a while.
